Wake up ! Wake up ! It's 6:30 am . I'm having breakfast , and you're waiting for your "Booji " breakfast spot to open at 8:00 . I'm done and parked in your parking spot at the beach or trailhead. Typical breakfast menu . I had steak and eggs , and it was fantastic . I was the only one there. This breakfast started my day . Why wait ??

We came in around 8:30am. Got seated right away. We ordered the pork chops with Eggs. It was a big portion so Hubby and I split it. The server was kind enough to split our order into two after asking if we're sharing, so the order arrived with 2 plateful of food (our order split in half). It was still a lot. I would say that's a thoughtful customer service. The food came with hashbrowns and a cream colored gravy and eggs. The pork chop tasted soooo good that we gobbled it up Food came out quick and same with the bill. Parking is along the street. Very happy with this breakfast place. Good thing we didn't let the exterior and very unassuming vibe deter us from eating. We would eat here again if/when we're around Portland.

Our go-to spot for breakfast! It's worth the wait and believe the hype. Chefs and staff are generous and kind. The sauces are a bonus. Also, shout out to the aunties for decorating the cafe, it's cozy.

What a Gem!! Stopped by at the coaxing of a friend who had gone a few days earlier - so glad I listened!! Service is Great, Parking is easy, Food is the Main Reason to stop by. Described as Korean Fusion, I must admit at being very skeptical - I am very glad I was wrong!! The food was So Good and I just couldn't get over the feeling I was at a family member's house - it just feels familiar even though I had never been there. Did I mention the food was So Good?!? Worth your time...

Ambiance is a cute cafe on the corner of a busy street. There is outdoor seating in the patio area. Inside is like a diner but someone dining room too. The inside has lots of pink which is cute too. . Imagine this place like IHOP but with a korean flare. . Kimchi cheese omlette bulgogi beef - this is what I ordered. The presentation wasn't as pretty. But it was so cheesy good and flavorful. The chunks of kimchi and beef bulgogi give this omlette a different view of point with a fusion twist. . Overall we had a great start of the morning with some Korean fusion breakfast. Loved the hot coffee to start the day. As well got to meet the owner which she was friendly, funny, and stylish. If you find yourself in the Portland oregon, it's a place to not skip. Hope this helps and thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day.

Cameo Cafe is a total local gem! It was bustling on a Saturday morning and the overall atmosphere is incredibly warm and homey. We snagged a seat at the counter and service was quick and attentive, despite the place being packed. The owner even came over to personally check on us once our food arrived! My boyfriend and I each got eggs, bacon and waffles, and the food was good but nothing outstanding. The coffee was also pretty weak. Next time I definitely want to try the Korean-influenced dishes. Overall, it was pretty standard diner fare but with above-average customer experience, great prices and a very welcoming vibe. We will definitely be back!

Fun spot to go for a meal. I would call this a "DIVEY DINER" with good food. Located on a triangle shaped piece of land surrounded by busy streets (it's a miracle cars don't drive through and into this place with all of the drunk drivers out there). Parking is in the street in the local neighborhood. Came for breakfast and struggled to decide what to order. Huge pancakes are real popular here but I make a good pancake myself. Decided on the eggs Benedict as this is something I don't make and is a dish I like to try to determine how good a restaurant is. A huge plate quickly arrived with tons of hash browns. Hallandaise sauce was on point, poached eggs done right, and I was happy with it. Enjoyed the hash browns more than I thought I would and ate EVERYTHING! Maybe I will come back and try those huge pancakes!

Great little diner with a Korean fusion twist. You can get your traditional American breakfast or order a classic dish with some Korean influence. I love the idea, although I wasn't craving anything out of the ordinary the morning I came. Service was wonderful, as the staff was tentative and the food came out quick. Their house made raspberry jam is divine. I ordered the hot sausage link breakfast with the blueberry pancake. The sausage was juicy and savory plus the hash brown was perfectly crispy. The pancake had a chewy soft texture that resembled mochi. I was a big fan!

On our last full day in Portland, we decided we wanted to hike the local butte in the neighborhood to get a great view of the city. Hikes require great food, and looking on Yelp I found Cameo Cafe not far away. It ended up being a very memorable dining experience, which we all loved. Arriving we saw Cameo Cafe is part of a motel with the same name. Looking online this is the original location which has become locally known and has expanded to a few more cafe locations. Entering, it was a cute and small restaurant akin to many I remember growing up. Decor was pink and pastels, like a tea room, but the grill was going strong. They also had outdoor seating, which looked fun but not on the rainy morning we visited. We were seated inside and given the huge menu. I noticed a large selection of Korean foods and decided to go that way when I read about the Korean owners and their homemade kimchi. The Korean breakfast had rice, eggs, kimchi, and BACON. Oh so much BACON. Each of our meals had large thick strips; one friend ordered a side of bacon not knowing his already came with it and we had more than we could've ever eaten. All the food was flavorful; the meal was reasonably priced with huge portions. This is definitely a place to come if you love to eat. My favorite part of the meal was trying the Korean hot sauce on the table; it was delicious. As I was looking at the bottle of a friendly smiling lady, there she was at the table! "You're trying my kimchi? You're trying my hot sauce?! I'm proud!" The hot sauce is also homemade and she recently got a contract with a local grocery store chain to carry it so they're doing well. This is a super fun restaurant in Portland; if you're in the area be sure to make this a stop for a hearty breakfast.
